Running

I’ve been running since back in my 20’s although, back then, it wasn’t as defined or involved as I find myself running now, it was just a case of putting on some shoes, shorts and a t-shirt and heading out for a ‘bit’ with no real idea of how far, how quick or anything else…

I only really got back into running (in earnest) back in 2012 due to being part of a team (through work) and taking part in the ‘UK Challenge’, a team event with various companies from across the UK competing in a multi day and multi discipline event which was held in Stirling (that year), since then I’ve completed a variety of distances and challenges in various parts of the world including running in the Atlas Mountains (Morocco), racing coast to coast in Scotland to running a marathon covering part of the Great Wall of China.

Nowadays, I sponsor myself with Suunto, New Balance, Salomon and Adidas gear 🙂 Tracking it all via Strava.
